Description
Engineering work is taking place between Reading West and Westbury, closing various lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
Monday to Thursday:
The 19:04 Paignton to London Paddington will call additionally at Hungerford and Kintbury and will call at Newbury and beyond later than normal
The 21:37 Bedwyn to Newbury will not run
The 22:08 Newbury to Reading will depart much earlier than normal (at 21:35) and will not call at Reading West. Road transport will operate at 22:08 from Newbury to Reading calling all stations
After 21:55 each night, buses will replace trains between:
Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn
Newbury and Bedwyn
Some replacement buses will run slightly earlier or later than usual.
Tuesday to Friday:
The 00:17 Reading to Newbury will not run and will be replaced by road transport from Reading dropping off only at all stations to Newbury.
The 05:31 Bedwyn to London Paddington will not run. You should travel by alternative services instead.
The 06:12 Frome to London Paddington will start from Westbury at 06:22. An earlier rail connection at 06:07 will run from Frome to Westbury.
