Great Western Railway between London Paddington / Reading / Newbury and Bedwyn

Description

Engineering work is taking place in the Newbury / Bedwyn area, closing various lines on Monday to Thursday evenings.

As a result:

  • The 21:57 Newbury to Bedwyn will not run and will be replaced by earlier road transport at 21:55 from Newbury to Kintbury, Hungerford and Bedwyn

  • The 22:25 Bedwyn to Newbury will not run and will be replaced by earlier road transport from Bedwyn to Hungerford, Kintbury and Newbury. Connects at Newbury into 22:47 Newbury to Reading

  • The 22:30 London Paddington (starting Reading) to Bedwyn will terminate at Newbury. Road transport from Newbury to Kintbury, Hungerford and Bedwyn

  • The 22:47 Newbury to Bedwyn will not run and will be replaced by road transport from Newbury to Kintbury, Hungerford and Bedwyn

  • The 23:17 Bedwyn to Reading will start from Newbury at 23:34. Earlier road transport from Bedwyn to Hungerford, Kintbury and Newbury to connect into the train. ALSO road transport at 23:35 from Bedwyn, Hungerford and Kintbury dropping off only at Newbury, Thatcham and Reading

Please note: buses serve railway stations (forecourt/car park/entrance) except at Kintbury which is at the Level Crossing by Station Road.
