Buses replace early morning trains between Reading and Basingstoke on Sunday 16 November

Great Western Railway between Reading and Basingstoke

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Reading and Reading West, closing various lines early on Sunday morning.

As a result:

Reading to Basingstoke:

The following trains will not run:

• The 07:37 Reading to Basingstoke service

• The 08:37 Reading to Basingstoke service

A single replacement bus will run at 07:37 from Reading, calling at Reading Green Park, Mortimer, Bramley and Basingstoke.

Basingstoke to Reading:

The 08:06 Basingstoke to Reading service will be replaced by an earlier bus from Basingstoke at 07:45 to Bramley, Mortimer, Reading Green Park and Reading.

All customers to / from Reading West should use alternative Great Western Railway train services instead, at no extra cost.
