Description
Engineering work is taking place between Reading and Theale, closing all lines early on Sunday morning.
As a result:
Long distance trains:
The 08:04 London Paddington to Penzance service will depart earlier than usual at 07:53, and will divert to run via Swindon (not calling). It will not call at Newbury and Pewsey. For these stations, you can travel on the 08:44 (departing at 08:31) London Paddington to Penzance train, which will be amended to call additionally at Newbury and Pewsey.
Local trains:
The 08:06 Reading to Newbury service will not run. An earlier replacement bus will run at 07:51 from Reading to Newbury, calling at all stations except Newbury Racecourse. It will connect with the train below.
The 08:33 Reading to Bedwyn will be amended to start from Newbury at 09:02.
