Great Western Railway between London Paddington and Reading / Oxford / Worcester Foregate Street / Penzance

Description

Engineering work is taking place between London Paddington and Southall, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Thursday morning.

Elizabeth line:

After 22:00 each night:

• Trains between Abbey Wood and Heathrow Terminal 4 will run to a reduced frequency of 2 trains per hour

• Trains between Abbey Wood and Maidenhead will run between Abbey Wood and London Paddington only

• Ealing Broadway, Southall and Hayes & Harlington will have a reduced service of 6 trains per hour

• Heathrow Terminal 2 & 3 will have a reduced service of 4 trains per hour

• West Drayton, Langley, Slough, Burnham, Maidenhead and Heathrow Terminal 4 will have a reduced service of 2 trains per hour

• Acton Main Line, West Ealing and Hanwell will have no trains after 23:00 each night

• London Buses

If you are using contactless payment / Oyster card, you can also use the above alternative travel options but you will be required to pay the normal tap in / tap out fares for your journey.

Great Western Railway:

The following services will be amended:

• The 17:50 Penzance to London Paddington service will arrive at London Paddington a few minutes later than normal

• The 20:56 Worcester Foregate Street to London Paddington service will arrive at London Paddington a few minutes later than normal

• The 22:40 Reading to London Paddington service will arrive at London Paddington a few minutes later than normal

• The 23:14 London Paddington to Oxford service will depart later at 23:16
