Description

Engineering work is taking place between Slough and Taplow, closing some lines on Saturday and Sunday.

Elizabeth line:

It is not yet known how Elizabeth line will be affected by this engineering work.

Great Western Railway:

Trains will run to an amended timetable, with some trains making additional stops at stations between London Paddington and Reading to help maintain connections.

Long distance services:

Long distance trains to / from London Paddington will be retimed to run up to 10 minutes earlier or later than usual.

Local services:

Most trains between London Paddington and Didcot Parkway will run between Reading and Didcot Parkway only.

For stations between London Paddington and Reading, alternative trains (between London Paddington and Swindon) will make station stops between London Paddington and Reading.
