Description

Engineering work is taking place between Bournemouth and Southampton Central, closing all lines.

CrossCountry:

Trains will be amended to run between Manchester Piccadilly / Birmingham New Street and Southampton Central only.

Replacement buses will run between Southampton Central and Bournemouth. You should change between buses and trains at Southampton Airport Parkway.

Great Western Railway:

Trains that usually run via Southampton Central will be diverted to run via Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh, additionally calling at these stations.

You can use South Western Railway connections between Eastleigh and Southampton Central. On Sunday, replacement buses will run between Eastleigh and Southampton Central.

Trains between Bristol Temple Meads / Westbury and Portsmouth & Southsea / Portsmouth Harbour will run to an amended and reduced timetable.

South Western Railway:

Saturday:

Trains between London Waterloo and Weymouth will call additionally at either Shawford and Eastleigh or Swaythling and St Denys. The will also start / terminate at Southampton Central.

Trains between Salisbury and Romsey will start / terminate at Romsey.

Additional services will run between Bournemouth and Weymouth.

Buses replace trains between:

• Southampton Central and Bournemouth

• Southampton Airport Parkway and Bournemouth

• Brockenhurst and Lymington

Sunday:

Trains between London Waterloo / Eastleigh and Poole will start / terminate at Bournemouth.

Trains between London Waterloo and Weymouth will start / terminate at Southampton Airport Parkway and may also call additionally at Eastleigh.

Additional services will run between Bournemouth and Weymouth.

Buses replace trains between:

• Eastleigh and Bournemouth

• Southampton Central and Bournemouth

• Eastleigh and Romsey

• Eastleigh and New Milton

• Southampton Central and Fareham
