Description

Engineering work is taking place at various locations between Luton / Finsbury Park and London St Pancras International / London Bridge, closing all lines.

East Midlands Railway

No trains will run between Luton and London St Pancras International.

Trains that usually run to / from London St Pancras International will be amended to run to / from Luton.

Replacement buses will run between Luton and Hitchin, for Great Northern / Thameslink trains to / from London.

Thameslink

All day on Saturday and Sunday, no Thameslink trains will run between Luton / Finsbury Park and London St Pancras International / London Blackfriars / London Bridge. Paper tickets will be accepted on London Underground and London Bus services across central London, at no extra cost.

No trains will run between London Blackfriars and Sutton via Mitcham Junction / Wimbledon. Paper tickets will be accepted on London Bus services between London Blackfriars and Sutton via Mitcham Junction / Wimbledon and London Trams between Wimbledon and East Croydon, at no extra cost.

Services will run to an amended timetable between the following stations:

  • Luton and Bedford

  • Peterborough / Cambridge and London Kings Cross

  • London Bridge and Brighton / Horsham / Three Bridges

  • London Victoria and Sevenoaks

  • Plumstead and Rainham (on Saturday only)

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Southeastern services between London stations and Plumstead.

  • Plumstead and Gravesend (on Sunday only)

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Southeastern services between London stations and Plumstead, between Gravesend and Rochester, and on Southeastern replacement bus services between Rochester and Rainham.

Replacement bus services will run between:

  • Hitchin and Luton Airport Parkway via Luton (your tickets will be accepted on Great Northern / Thameslink trains between Hitchin and London Kings Cross)

  • Harpenden and Potters Bar via St Albans City (your tickets will be accepted on Great Northern / Thameslink trains between Potters Bar and London Kings Cross)

  • Luton and London St Pancras International via Harpenden, calling at all stations except Kentish Town

Paper tickets will be accepted on London Underground services to / from Kentish Town, at no extra cost.
