Transport for Wales between Manchester Piccadilly and Milford Haven, between Hereford and Fishguard Harbour, between Cardiff Central and Milford Haven, between Newport and Milford Haven, and also between Swansea and Haverford West / Pembroke Dock / Fishguard Harbour

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Llanelli and Carmarthen, closing all lines.

Great Western Railway:

Saturday:

No trains will run between Swansea and Carmarthen.

You can use Transport for Wales replacement buses at no extra cost.

Sunday:

Buses will replace trains between Swansea and Carmarthen.

Transport for Wales:

All day on Saturday and Sunday buses will replace trains between Swansea and Carmarthen.

Additionally on Sunday evening, the following services are affected:

  • The 19:30 Manchester Piccadilly to Swansea service will divert via Barry and run later to Swansea

  • The 21:16 Carmarthen to Hereford service will divert via Barry

  • The 21:35 Milford Haven to Cardiff Central service will divert via Barry, and will arrive at Cardiff Central later than usual

  • The 22:30 Cardiff Central to Carmarthen service will depart earlier than usual at 22:29 and divert via Barry
