Great Western Railway between Swindon and Westbury / Warminster, and between London Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads / Weston-super-Mare / Exeter St Davids

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Swindon and Bath Spa, closing all lines before 11:00 on Sunday.

As a result:

The following trains will be diverted, and will not call at Chippenham or Bath Spa:

  • The 07:45 Bristol Temple Meads to London Paddington service

  • The 07:59 London Paddington to Exeter St Davids service (terminating at Bristol Temple Meads)

  • The 08:29 Weston-super-Mare to London Paddington service

  • The 09:00 London Paddington to Weston-super-Mare service

  • The 10:00 Bristol Temple Meads to London Paddington service

Road transport will operate from Swindon to Chippenham, also from Chippenham to Bath Spa.

If you are travelling between London Paddington and Bath Spa, you should travel via Bristol Temple Meads or by later (direct) train services.

Additionally, the following trains will not run, and will be replaced by buses throughout:

  • The 08:06 Warminster to Swindon service

  • The 09:08 Swindon to Westbury service
