Great Western Railway between Bristol Temple Meads and Exeter St Davids, and between London Paddington and Penzance

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Taunton and Exeter St Davids, closing all lines on Monday to Thursday evenings.

As a result:

  • The 23:05 Bristol Temple Meads to Exeter St Davids service will terminate at Taunton. A replacement bus will run from Taunton to Exeter St Davids

  • The 23:48 Bristol Temple Meads to Exeter St Davids service will not run, and will be replaced by a bus. The bus will drop off only at Nailsea & Blackwell, Yatton, Worle, Weston-super-Mare, Highbridge & Burnham, Bridgwater and Tiverton Parkway

"Night Riviera" Sleeper services:

  • The 21:45 Penzance to London Paddington service will depart Exeter St Davids 15 minutes later than usual and will divert to run via Honiton (not calling). This train will not call at Taunton, for Taunton you should instead use earlier train services

  • The 23:45 London Paddington to Penzance service will divert to run via Honiton (not calling). This train will not call at Taunton, for Taunton you should instead use earlier train services. The train will depart Exeter St Davids approximately 20 minutes earlier than usual, and will then run as normal
