Great Western Railway between Bedwyn and London Paddington, and between Portsmouth Harbour / Frome and Bristol Temple Meads

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Bristol Temple Meads and Westbury, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Monday to Thursday:

The 21:23 Portsmouth Harbour to Bristol Temple Meads service will terminate at Westbury. A replacement bus will run from Westbury to Bristol Temple Meads.

The 23:45 Bristol Temple Meads to Frome service will not run. It will be replaced by:

  • Road transport at 23:45 from Bristol Temple Meads to Keynsham Church, Oldfield Park Lower Bristol Road, Bath Spa, Bradford-on-Avon, Trowbridge and Westbury

  • Road transport at 23:45 from Bristol Temple Meads to Keynsham Church, Oldfield Park Lower Bristol Road, Bath Spa, Freshford (Village), Westwood (Village, for Avoncliff), Bradford-on-Avon, Trowbridge, Westbury and Frome

Tuesday to Friday:

The 05:31 Bedwyn to London Paddington will run between Bedwyn and Reading only. Change at Reading for other trains towards London Paddington.
