Amended early morning trains in the Westbury / Castle Cary area on Monday 6 April 

Route(s) affected

Great Western Railway between Bristol Temple Meads / Frome / Bedwyn and London Paddington, and between Filton Abbey Wood and Yeovil Pen Mill

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Westbury and Castle Cary, closing various lines early on Monday morning.

As a result:

• The 05:10 Bristol Temple Meads to London Paddington (via Westbury) service will not run. You should travel by later services

• The 05:31 Bedwyn to London Paddington service will not run. You should travel by later services

• The 06:12 Frome to London Paddington service will start from Westbury at 06:22. Please note, there is no connection provided from Frome to Westbury. From Frome, you should travel by later services

• The 06:18 Yeovil Pen Mill to Filton Abbey Wood service will start from Westbury at 07:18. For Yeovil Pen Mill, Castle Cary, Bruton and Frome, you should travel by later services
