Description

Engineering work is taking place at Worcester Shrub Hill, closing all lines.

Great Western Railway:

Saturday and Sunday:

Buses will replace trains between:

• Gloucester and Worcester Foregate Street

• Worcestershire Parkway and Great Malvern

At Cheltenham Spa, buses towards Worcester stations will call to pick up only. Buses towards Gloucester will call to drop off only.

West Midlands Railway:

An amended timetable will be in operation.

Trains can run between Birmingham New Street and Hereford via Worcester Foregate Street.

Saturday and Sunday:

Trains will not call at Worcester Shrub Hill. Trains will instead start / terminate at Worcester Foregate Street.

A replacement bus service will operate between Worcester Shrub Hill and Worcester Foregate Street.

Some replacement buses will operate to / from Great Malvern and Hereford.

On Saturday, the 22:21 Birmingham New Street to Great Malvern service will not run. You are advised to travel on the 21:53 Birmingham New Street to Bromsgrove service, with a rail replacement bus operating between Bromsgrove and Great Malvern.

On Sunday, the 09:53 Worcester Shrub Hill to Dorridge service will start from Droitwich Spa (at 10:01). The 10:27 Worcester Shrub Hill to Stratford-upon-Avon service will start from Droitwich Spa (at 10:35). The 15:44 Worcester Shrub Hill to Birmingham Moor Street service will start from Droitwich Spa (at 15:54).
