Rail Settlement Plan Limited (RSP) manages the National Rail Smartcard Manager app on behalf of Britain’s Train Companies. RSP is the data controller for this service and, as such is responsible for ensuring all aspects of the National Rail Smartcard Manager app are treated in a lawful and appropriate manner.
