Scotty’s Little Soldiers Remembrance Service
Scotty’s Little Soldiers is a UK registered national military charity that supports children and young people who have lost a parent from the British Armed Forces and reserves.
Holders of a Scotty’s Little Soldiers 2026 rail voucher are entitled to free travel to and from the Remembrance Service events in London.
Each voucher issued will carry the recipient’s name and recipients are expected to verify their identity if requested by revenue protection staff. The voucher provides rail travel:
to London between Friday 6 November and Saturday 7 November 2026; and
from London to the recipient’s home station between Saturday 7 November and Monday 9 November 2026.

Notes:
The rail voucher is valid for travel across London on a London Overground, Elizabeth line or Thameslink service between National Rail stations, but not on London Underground, Docklands Light Railway (DLR), London Buses or the London Tram
The rail voucher is not encoded so recipients will need to be allowed entrance/exit through ticket gates
The rail voucher does not include a seat reservation and recipients have been advised to contact their local National Rail station if they wish to reserve a seat
Recipients who wish to use a sleeper service have been advised to contact the relevant train operator or contact their local National Rail station to purchase sleeper accommodation (seat or sleeping berth)
Recipients may contact their local National Rail station to purchase an upgrade.
Recipients who have purchased train tickets prior to receiving their rail voucher have been advised to contact the National Rail retailer who they bought the tickets from to enquire if there are any refund arrangements
