Description
A fault with the signalling system between Chertsey and Weybridge / Woking means that all lines are blocked. As a result, trains running between these stations may be delayed by up to 45 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
Customer advice:
Engineers are investigating and working towards rectifying the fault. The line through this area towards West Byfleet is blocked. As a result, train services running through the area may be delayed, altered or cancelled at short notice. South Western Railway will provide more information when it is available.

Trains to and from London Waterloo and Weymouth, Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Exeter St Davids and Alton are expected to be delayed, altered or cancelled through this area. Please check your journey as delays and service alterations may affect your route.
Windsor Services:
London Waterloo and Weybridge services will finish at Virginia Water
Weybridge to London Waterloo services will start from Virginia Water
Train services are unable to serve Chertsey and Addlestone in both direction until further notice
Trains running to and from London Waterloo and Reading/Windsor & Eton Riverside may be cancelled, delayed or revised
Suburban Services:
Trains running to and from London Waterloo and Guildford via Epsom, Woking, Chessington, Dorking and Hampton Court and Hampton Wick may be cancelled, delayed or revised.

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Falcon Buses route 461 between Chertsey - Addlestone - Weybridge - Walton-on-Thames - Hampton Court - Kingston.
Replacement buses have been requested to run between Virginia Water and Weybridge stopping at all stations in between. These are expected to start running at approximately 21:15, but will not be running to a set timetable.
