Description

A broken down train means fewer services are able to operate between Newbury and Bedwyn.

A reduced service is expected until the end of the day.

Customer advice:

Some long distance Great Western Railway services will call additionally and rail replacement transport is being arranged.

Replacement transport, provided by Great Western Railway, is operating between Newbury and Bedwyn via Kintbury and Hungerford in both directions. This will be at no extra cost to you.

The replacement transport will not operate to train times and your journey will take longer than usual.

Please wait at the rail replacement bus stop located on stations as follows:

  • Bedwyn - front of the station

  • Hungerford - station car park

  • Kintbury - at station entrance from Station Road

  • Newbury - Bus Stop outside of the Station on Station Road adjacent to platform 1
