Trains through Surbiton

Description

Urgent repairs to the track at Berrylands means some lines towards Woking are disrupted. Trains running through Surbiton may be cancelled or revised.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

Please note: Berrylands Station Upgrade: Buses replace trains to / from Berrylands

Customer advice:

Engineers are on site investigating the issue and working to rectify the fault. In the meantime, trains may need to run at a reduced speed through the affected area, further updates will be provided as soon as they become available.

Long Distance and Mainline Services:

Train services are currently unable to run through the affected area. As a result, mainline services are experiencing significant delays and are subject to diversions and possible short‑notice cancellations.

Suburban services:

  • Train services on the suburban route are currently unable to run towards Surbiton. Services are subject to delays, alterations, diversions and possible short‑notice cancellations

  • London Waterloo to Guildford via Cobham services d’Abernon may be delayed or altered

  • London Waterloo to Woking stopping services will be cancelled in both directions

  • Services between London Waterloo and Hampton Court will be cancelled in both directions

How do I get to my destination?

Passengers should allow extra time to complete their journey, as train services on both the mainline and suburban routes are currently subject to diversions. Please check live departure boards for the latest updates and any short notice changes

Your ticket can be used, at no extra cost, on the following services:

  • London Buses on the routes between Clapham Junction, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Berrylands, Surbiton, Thames Ditton and Hampton Court

Rail replacement buses have been requested to operate between Surbiton and Hampton Court. These services will not be running to a fixed timetable. Once this has been confirmed by our bus supplier, we will provide further information regarding these services.
