Description

Failure of the electricity supply between Brighton and hove means that all lines are disrupted. As a result, trains running between these stations may be delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 17:00.

Customer advice:

You will need to allow plenty of extra time if travelling between Brighton and Hove this afternoon. Services in both directions will be affected by an issue with the electricity supply in the area.

Services will like terminate and restart at a different station to expected, in this instance this would likely be Hove.

Trains may stop at different platforms compared to the ones they usually serve. Please check station information screens and listen to announcements at the station.
