Description

A fault with the signalling system between Southampton Central and Brockenhurst means trains have to run at a reduced speed on some lines. As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

Engineers are investigating remotely and will attend if required.

Trains from Southampton towards Bournemouth will be delayed by up to 30 minutes in the area whilst engineers investigate.

Some stopping services between Southampton Central and Bournemouth have been cancelled but some of the fast services running between these stations will be calling additionally at stations affected by the cancelled services.
