Between Bridgend and Cardiff Central via Cadoxton
Description
A points failure at Cadoxton means that all lines are blocked. As a result, trains running between Bridgend and Cardiff Central may be cancelled, delayed by up to 15 minutes or revised.
Trains running between Barry Island and Cardiff Central may also be cancelled, delayed or revised due to this disruption. However, trains running between Penarth and Cardiff Central are not affected by this disruption.
Disruption is expected until 08:00.

The 03:38 Swansea to London Paddington service was scheduled to run via Barry this morning, this service is delayed between Bridgend and Cardiff Central.

To assist customers to complete their journey at no extra cost, a shuttle bus has been arranged to run between Barry Island and Bridgend / Cardiff Central at the following routes and times:
06:15 service between Bridgend and Barry, operated by Pencoed
06:30 service between Barry Island and Cardiff Central, operated by Ridgway
07:00 service between Barry Island and Cardiff Central, operated by Bluebird
