Description
All of tonight's north and south bound Caledonian Sleeper services between Aberdeen, Fort William, Inverness and London Euston are being disrupted due to emergency engineering work taking place in the Carnforth area.
Customer advice:
The southbound services from Aberdeen, Fort William and Inverness will depart at their scheduled times and will call at all intermediate stops before terminating at Edinburgh. Guests can stay onboard overnight in their booked accommodation, before then travelling to their destination using other operator's services.
The northbound services will remain on the platform at London Euston, where guests are able to stay onboard tonight in their booked accommodation, before then travelling to their destination on other operator's services.
Caledonian Sleeper are currently in the process of making arrangements with industry partners for all customers to be able to travel on other operator services at no additional cost using their original ticket. Please see staff for further details.
All customers will receive a full refund - if you booked directly with Caledonian Sleeper, this will be processed automatically. If you booked via a third party, please contact your point of purchase to claim your refund.
