Description

Lines have now reopened following a fault with the signalling system between Ashchurch for Tewkesbury and Worcester Shrub Hill. However, whilst service recovers, trains running between Cheltenham Spa and Worcester Shrub Hill may be cancelled or revised.

Disruption is expected until 15:30.

Customer advice:

Tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on CrossCountry services between Bristol Parkway and Worcestershire Parkway.

If your train is cancelled, you may travel on either of the two services before, or two services after, your original train. If these are peak services or less flexible, you can still travel with your original ticket, at no extra cost.
