Description

A safety inspection of the track and earlier overrunning engineering works between Clapham Junction and London Waterloo mean that some lines are disrupted. As a result, trains running between these stations may be delayed by up to 40 minutes or cancelled.

Disruption is expected until 12:00.

Customer advice:

Engineers are on their way to carry out the safety inspection. We don't know when the lines are expected to reopen.

Until further notice the following alterations will be necessary:

• Services towards London Waterloo will be unable to serve Queenstown Road (Battersea)

Customers travelling towards London requiring Queenstown Road are advised to travel onwards to Vauxhall for a service back down to Queenstown Road (Battersea).

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services until further notice:

• Southern services are running between Clapham Junction and London Victoria. Customers at Clapham Junction who require Queenstown Road (Battersea) should board a service from Platform 14 and change at Battersea Park for a connecting train to Queenstown Road
