Description

A fault with the signalling system between Clapham Junction and London Waterloo means that some lines are disrupted. As a result, trains are having to run at reduced speed on some lines and may be delayed by up to 10 minutes, revised or diverted.

Disruption is expected until 12:00.

Windsor and Reading services:

Trains may need to use alternative platforms at London Waterloo.

London Waterloo to Shepperton services will be diverted after Clapham Junction calling additionally at Twickenham and Strawberry Hill. These services will not call at Wimbledon, Raynes Park, New Malden, Norbiton, Kingston and Hampton Wick.

Shepperton to London Waterloo services will be diverted after Fulwell calling additionally at Strawberry Hill and Twickenham. These services will not call at Hampton, Kingston, Norbiton, New Malden, Raynes Park and Wimbledon.

Suburban services:

  • Services between London Waterloo and Woking will run fast between London Waterloo and Surbiton in both directions

  • Services between London Waterloo and Guildford via Cobham will run fast between London Waterloo and Surbiton in both directions

  • Services between London Waterloo and Guildford via Woking will run fast between London Waterloo and Surbiton in both directions

  • London Buses between London Waterloo, Vauxhall, Clapham Junction, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Epsom, Dorking, Surbiton

  • Southern services between Dorking – Leatherhead – Epsom - Clapham Junction and London Victoria in both directions

  • Thameslink services between Wimbledon and London Blackfriars / Central London for the connections with London Underground in both directions

  • London Underground:

    • from London Waterloo to Wimbledon take the Jubilee line to Westminster and change to the District line to Wimbledon, or take the Bakerloo or Northern line to Embankment and change for the District line to Wimbledon, or travel to London Blackfriars and change for Thameslink services to Wimbledon

    • from Wimbledon to London Waterloo take the District line to Westminster and change for the Jubilee line to London Waterloo, or take the District line to Embankment and change for the Bakerloo or Northern line to London Waterloo, or take a Thameslink service to London Blackfriars and change to London Underground for London Waterloo

  • Customers at Vauxhall, Clapham Junction, Earlsfield and Wimbledon who wish to travel to Hinchley Wood, Claygate, Oxshott, or Cobham & Stoke D’Abernon should travel to Surbiton on an available service and change

  • Customers at Vauxhall, Clapham Junction, Earlsfield and Wimbledon who wish to travel to Esher, Hersham, Byfleet & New Haw and West Byfleet should travel to Surbiton on an available service and change

  • Customers at Hinchley Wood, Claygate, Oxshott, or Cobham & Stoke D’Abernon who wish to travel to Wimbledon, Earlsfield, Clapham junction and Vauxhall should change at Surbiton for the next available service
