A points failure at Derby Road means that all lines are blocked. As a result, trains running to / from Felixstowe will be cancelled.

Disruption is expected until 11:15.

Greater Anglia have arranged for your ticket to be accepted on the following alternative options at no extra cost:

• First buses Norfolk and Suffolk between Ipswich and Felixstowe: routes 75, 77 and X7

Rail replacement transport is in operation between Ipswich and Felixstowe.

Please note that e-scooters, electric and full size bicycles are not permitted on rail replacement vehicles.
