Description
A track defect at Diss means that all lines are blocked. As a result, services between Stowmarket and Norwich may be revised to start from / terminate at Stowmarket.
This is expected until 12:30.
Customer advice:
Greater Anglia have been made aware of a track defect at Diss. Network Rail response teams are on site and making their examinations to the track.

Service impact:
The line via Diss is currently blocked, and trains are unable to run between Norwich and Stowmarket until the line has been inspected.
Trains will be running between Stowmarket and London Liverpool Street.

Please be prepared for a delay to your journey. You may need to take a different train than originally planned.
Ticket acceptance:
You can use your Greater Anglia ticket on Simonds bus 82 between Norwich City Centre and Diss station.

Travelling from Ipswich to Norwich (approximate journey time up to 2 hours 30 minutes):
Travel on Greater Anglia from Ipswich to Cambridge or Ely and change for the first available train to Norwich
Travelling from Norwich to Ipswich (approximate journey time up to 2 hours 30 minutes):
Travel on the first available train to Ely or Cambridge and change there for services to Ipswich
