Description

The emergency services are dealing with an incident between Doncaster and Newark Northgate. So that they can safely carry out their work, all lines are closed.

Trains running between these stations will be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised as a result.

Major disruption is expected until 14:00.

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on the following services in both directions:

• East Midlands Railway services between:

  • Sheffield to London St Pancras International (these services also call at Derby)

  • Grantham to Nottingham

  • Nottingham to London St Pancras International

• Northern services Sheffield to Retford

• TransPennine Express services between Doncaster and Sheffield

Where possible, Hull Trains will divert services, however this means that services will be unable to call at Retford or Grantham.

If you are travelling to / from Retford or Grantham, please speak to the onboard team or contact a member of station staff and alternative transport will be arranged.
