What is the advice for customers?
A reduced service will operate between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport / Reading. Services between London Paddington and Abbey Wood / Shenfield are not affected
Hanwell and West Ealing stations will only be served in the westbound direction. Eastbound services are being diverted onto a different line which has no platforms at these stations, so trains will run non-stop between Hayes & Harlington / Southall and Ealing Broadway in the eastbound direction
Services that do not normally call at Iver station will call additionally, due to the reduced service
Elizabeth line services will not serve Heathrow Terminal 5. For Heathrow Terminal 5, please board a Heathrow Terminal 4 service, and change at Terminals 2 & 3 for a free same-platform transfer with Heathrow Express. If you are travelling from stations between Shenfield and Stratford, please board a service towards Paddington, and change at Whitechapel for a service towards Heathrow Terminal 4
Eastbound services will use different platforms to normal at Southall and Ealing Broadway. Please check departure screens in the ticket hall before making your way down to the platform, and listen to announcements for any short-notice changes
