Description
Ticket flexibility and refund information:
EMR tickets dated Thursday 13 August can be used instead on East Midlands Railway services on Friday 14, Saturday 15, Sunday 16 or Monday 17 August instead. You'll need to keep within the restrictions of your ticket - for example, if you hold an off-peak ticket, please travel only on off-peak trains on the alternative days.
Please note that industrial action will affect your ability to use your ticket on trains to / from London St Pancras International on Saturday 15 August.
If you no longer wish to travel, you can claim a full fee free refund from where you purchased your original ticket.
