Can you tell me more about this incident?
A signalling failure in the Emsworth area is causing some disruption to train services. The affected signals are showing as blank, meaning that train drivers will have to stop at the preceding signal and get verbal permission to continue at a reduced speed, which can cause significant delays, especially in areas with long track sections.
Faults can be caused by electronic issues or debris. Network Rail is investigating, and we’ll share updates as soon as we have them.
