Description
Severe weather between Exeter St Davids and Newton Abbot / Okehampton / Barnstaple means some lines are blocked
As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 25 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
Additional information:
Due to conditions cause by Storm Chandra, a speed restriction has been placed on services heading towards Newton Abbot from Exeter St. Davids.
In addition, there have been reports of flooding between Exeter St Davids and Okehampton / Barnstaple, closing all lines.
Engineers will continue to monitor the railway throughout the day. They will assess the continued need for the speed restriction that has been imposed.
