Between Truro and Falmouth Docks

Description

A fault on a train between Truro and Falmouth Docks means that fewer services are able to run between these stations. As a result, trains may be cancelled or delayed by up to 15 minutes.

This is expected until 11:45.

Customer advice:

One of the trains that runs between Truro and Falmouth Docks has developed a fault.

This train will need to be taken out of service and checked by engineers. Until this is fixed, the Falmouth branch line will be reduced to an hourly service.

Your ticket can be used on the following Transport for Cornwall bus routes, at no extra cost:

  • 14: St Ives (Terrace), Carbis Bay, Lelant, Hayle, Camborne, Redruth, Truro

  • 18: Penzance (station), St Erth (station), Hayle, Camborne, Redruth, Truro

  • 32: Falmouth (The Moor), Penryn, Truro (bus station)

  • 32A: Falmouth (The Moor), Penryn, Truro (bus station), Truro (station)

  • 33, 33A: Falmouth (The Moor), Penryn (station), Redruth (station)

  • 36, 36A: Truro (Bus Station), Perranwell (station)

  • 60: Falmouth Town (car park), Falmouth (The Moor)

  • 67: Falmouth (The Moor), Falmouth Town (The Dell), Falmouth Docks (Pendennis Rise)

If your train is cancelled, you may travel on either of the two services before, or two services after, your original train. If these are peak services or less flexible, you can still travel with your original ticket, at no extra cost.
