Description
A road vehicle has struck a bridge between Bath Spa and Westbury. This has closed all lines running between these stations.

Disruption is expected until 20:30.
Customer advice:
A very limited rail replacement taxi service has been confirmed and will run between Bath Spa and Bradford-on-Avon, and also between Freshford and Westbury. Please see station staff for further information.
You can use your ticket at no extra cost on the following services:
First bus route D1 between Bath bus station, Bradford-on-Avon (United Church), Trowbridge (Trinity Church), Westbury (Railway Inn) and Warminster (Market Place)
Stagecoach West bus route 49 between Swindon bus station and Trowbridge (Town Bridge)
If your train is cancelled, you may travel on either of the two services before, or two services after, your original train. If these are peak services or less flexible, you can still travel with your original ticket, at no extra cost.
You may wish to consider postponing your journey until service returns to normal.
If you require help or further information, please speak to staff at the station or on the train, or use the help points on the platform, where available.
