Description

Lines have reopened following a fault on a train at Fulwell. Trains running between Fulwell and Shepperton may still be cancelled or delayed by up to 20 minutes.

Disruption is expected until 16:00.

Customer advice:

Whilst scheduled service is resumed, services will be subject to cancellations, delays and alterations.

Your ticket can be used, at no extra cost, on the following services:

Bus services:

  • London Buses calling at Teddington, Fulwell, Hampton, Kempton Park, Sunbury, Upper Haliford and Shepperton

  • White Bus route 458 between Staines, Shepperton, Walton-on-Thames, Hersham, Esher, Hinchley Wood, Thames Ditton, Surbiton and Kingston

Rail replacement buses are now in operation shuttling between Teddington and Shepperton, calling at all stations. Please note there is no timetables for these services.
