Description

Customer advice:
If you are travelling between Gatwick Airport and London you can travel on your normal route but will need to allow at least an extra 15 minutes to complete your journey.
A train had hit an obstruction earlier this morning which caused two of the 4 lines between Gatwick Airport and London to be shut. This has caused congestion in the area and delays. All lines have now been reopened and operators expect that the delays in the area should start to reduce.
Due to this and the forecast high temperatures today Gatwick Express services will be withdrawn. If you are intending on travelling via Gatwick Express please use alternative Southern services between Gatwick Airport and London Victoria.
Can I use my ticket with another operator?
