Elizabeth line customer advice:

Elizabeth line services will run between Heathrow Airport / London Paddington and Gidea Park only. Harold Wood, Brentwood and Shenfield will not be served.

You can use your ticket on London Buses via any reasonable route, at no extra cost.

You can also use Ensign buses between Shenfield and Brentwood from 10:45 onwards at no extra cost. Please note that these services are limited.

Please allow for short notice alterations and platform changes and listen to Elizabeth line station announcements or ask a member of staff for further information.

Greater Anglia customer advice:

Network Rail have further advised that the problem is due to cable theft in the Shenfield area. This has caused the loss of the signalling, preventing trains running between Shenfield, Romford and London.

Response teams from Network Rail and British Transport Police are at the affected area, working on replacing the cables, but we do not currently have an estimated time for when lines will re-open.

Trains are unable to run between London Liverpool Street and Shenfield. There is a limited and disrupted service between Shenfield and Southend Victoria / Colchester.
