Description

A tree blocking the railway at Godalming means that some lines are blocked. As a result, trains running between Guildford and Havant may be cancelled, delayed up to 90 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

Customer advice:

Response teams have attended the site to remove the tree, the line towards Petersfield is now open and trains are starting to move towards Portsmouth. It is not known when the line towards Guildford will reopen.

Due to the level of disruption experienced, both crew and trains are displaced - in order to minimise disruption there will be delays and short notice alterations so please check your journey.
