Description

A fault on a train between West Ealing and Greenford means that all lines are blocked. As a result, trains running to / from Greenford will be cancelled.

Disruption is expected until 21:00

The train for the Greenford Branch has failed.

Your ticket can be used, at no extra cost, with the following operators, in both directions on these routes:

  • London Underground Central line - Greenford to Ealing Broadway via North Acton

  • Elizabeth line between Hayes & Harlington and Acton Main Line

  • London Buses on routes:

    • E1: Ealing Broadway (Stop D), Drayton Green (Stop DH)

    • E6: Hayes & Harlington (Stop L), Greenford Broadway (Stop J), Greenford (Station)

    • E7: Ealing Broadway (Stop F), West Ealing (Stop A), Greenford Broadway, Ruislip Gardens (Central Line)

    • E11: Ealing Broadway (Stop K), West Ealing Station (Stop A), Drayton Green, Castle Bar Park

If you wish to use local buses as an alternative means of transport during this disruption, and the local bus isn't accepting GWR tickets, please purchase a ticket on the bus. You can then keep it and send it, together with your train ticket to GWR to claim for a refund.
