Train operators affected
Between Southampton Central / Portsmouth Harbour / Portmouth & Southsea and London Waterloo
There are multiple signalling problems between Petersfield and Guildford, meaning trains may have to run at reduced speed on all lines.
As a result of this, trains running between Havant and Guildford may be cancelled, delayed by up to 25 minutes or revised.
This is expected until the end of the day.
Customer advice:
Due to multiple signalling issues between Petersfield and Guildford, trains may have to run at reduced speed on all lines.
Train services running between these stations are being delayed due to high temperatures affecting the signalling equipment at multiple locations.
Some services had previously been cancelled in order to minimise delays, but due to a further signalling issue at Guildford station, trains may be cancelled, delayed or revised in order to help recover the service and assist passengers with their planned journeys.
For further information or onward travel advice, please speak to a member of staff or use a station help point.
