Between Guildford and Havant, and also between Havant and Portsmouth Harbour

Description

Lines have now reopened following a points failure in the Bedhampton area. However, whilst service recovers, trains running through Havant may be cancelled, delayed by up to 25 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 14:00.

Southern services are no longer disrupted.

Customer advice:

After engineers have attended the site to provide support for the incident, all lines have now opened and trains are running on all lines.

In order to minimise disruption there may be short notice alterations made due to both train and crew displacement.

In order to help you complete your journey at no extra cost to yourself, tickets will be accepted the following:

  • Great Western Railway train services between Portsmouth Harbour and Salisbury

In addition, South Western Railway are expecting replacement transport to run between Havant and Portsmouth Harbour to provide passengers with alternative options however due to the last minute nature of this, these are not running to a timetable.
