Description

A broken down train between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport / Reading means that some lines are blocked.

As a result, fewer trains are able to run on some lines and may be cancelled or delayed by up to 10 minutes.

This is expected until 16:00.

Your ticket can be used on the following at no extra cost:

  • Great Western Railway between London Paddington and Reading

  • Heathrow Express between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport (please note, this is for prebooked Elizabeth line customers and is valid between 12:00 and 14:00 only)

  • London Buses via any reasonable route

  • London Underground via any reasonable route

  • South Western Railway between London Waterloo and Reading

Your ticket can be used on Elizabeth line services between London Paddington and Reading at no extra cost.

If your train is cancelled, you may travel on either of the two services before, or two services after, your original train. If these are peak services or less flexible, you can still travel with your original ticket, at no extra cost.
