Great Western Railway customer advice:
Services will be revised to start / terminate at Redhill.
Gatwick Express / Southern / Thameslink customer advice:
Services are unable to run in either direction between Haywards Heath and Three Bridges / Gatwick Airport until further notice. Please delay your journey until later today. If you do travel now, then your journey will take at least 60 minutes longer than usual and you will need to use an alternative route.
Delays, alterations and cancellations are all expected. Some services will terminate and restart at a different station to normal, or will be diverted via alternative routes. The following service changes are expected to services running in both directions, although please note that these are subject to change and some services may be cancelled completely:
Gatwick Express services will run between Gatwick Airport and London Victoria only
Southern services that run between Eastbourne and London Victoria will be cancelled
Southern services that run between Ore and London Victoria will run between Ore and Haywards Heath only
Southern services that run between Littlehampton and London Victoria will run between Littlehampton and Haywards Heath only, or will be diverted between Littlehampton and Gatwick Airport via Horsham
Thameslink services that run between Brighton and Bedford will run between Brighton and Haywards Heath only, or between Three Bridges and Bedford only
Thameslink services that run between Brighton and Cambridge will be cancelled
Thameslink services that run between Three Bridges and Bedford (stopping services via Redhill) will run between Gatwick Airport and Bedford only
If you do travel now then you will need to use an alternative route to complete your journey today. Where possible, for journeys between London/Gatwick Airport and Brighton, we would advise travelling via Horsham and Barnham.
If you're waiting on a train which is delayed between stations:
If your train is delayed between stations, please stay on board and listen for updates. You can also ask staff if you need more information. Train operators know where you are and are working to get you moving as soon as possible.
For your safety, please don’t leave the train unless instructed. Other trains may still be running, and the tracks can be very dangerous. If the area has an electric third rail, it stays live even during delays and looks just like the other rails.
You should delay your travel until later. If this is not possible you should allow at least 60 minutes extra to travel. Check station screens and planners for the latest information.

Your ticket will be accepted on the following for no extra cost to yourself:
