There is a shortage of train crew between London Kings Cross and Hertford North.

As a result of this, a reduced service will be in operation until the end of the day.

Customer advice:

The 01:24 train from London Kings Cross to Hertford North is cancelled.

If you require stations on this route please take the 01:17 train from London Kings Cross to Alexandra Palace.

From there we have organised a replacement bus that will follow the route of the cancelled train.

This will add between 15 to 60 minutes to your journey depending on your destination.
