Can you tell me more about the incident?
At 13:02, we were advised of animals on the track in the Arundel Junction area. In this case, due to the number and size of the animals, it could be hazardous for trains to pass at their normal speeds.
As a result, our services will be travelling at reduced speeds as a safety precaution. This will lead to some delays, but if the animals are spotted in a place that may obstruct trains, services will be able to stop safely.
Network Rail's response staff are attending as quickly as possible to make sure the route is clear and the railway fencing is secure.
Check before you travel:

Compensation:
You may be entitled to compensation if you experience a delay in completing your journey today. Please keep your train ticket and make a note of your journey, as both will be required to support any claim.
