A safety inspection of the track between Peterborough and Stevenage means that trains have to run at reduced speed towards London. Trains running between these stations may be cancelled or delayed by up to 20 minutes.

Disruption is expected until 18:30.

If you're travelling between Peterborough and Hitchin, towards London, your journey is likely to take at least 20 minutes longer than usual as you may need to change trains.

Thameslink Peterborough to Horsham services will not stop at Huntingdon or Sandy in the London-bound direction only.

If you're at Peterborough and need Huntingdon, please travel to St Neots for a return service. If you need Sandy, please change at Biggleswade.

if you're at Huntingdon, please change platforms and take a service to Peterborough, changing there for a service back towards London. If you're at Sandy, change at St Neots.

All other Thameslink and Great Northern services are scheduled to run normally.
