Customer advice:
Customers at Gloucester travelling to Swindon, and beyond to Reading and London Paddington, can travel to Bristol Parkway, or Bristol Temple Meads for onwards connections. Due to engineering works, the route from Bristol Parkway takes 25 minutes longer at the moment.
Customers at intermediate stations are advised to use the help point located on station platforms. There is currently no alternative service, but operators will update customers once this is in place.
