Description
A safety inspection of the track in the Littleport area means trains have to run at reduced speed. Trains running between Ely and Kings Lynn may be delayed by up to 10 minutes.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
Customer advice
You can use your normal route of travel but should allow extra time for delays, Great Northern recommend an extra 5 - 10 minutes.
Alterations to your service are also possible meaning your train may not stop at some advertised stations, or will be started / terminated at a different station than planned.
If you are required to change trains partway through your journey, please allow an extra 10-15 minutes to do this.
Tickets are being accepted at no extra cost on alternative Great Northern and Thameslink services on any reasonable route.
