Description

Following a failure of the overhead line equipment in the Manchester Oxford Road area all lines have reopened. As service recovers, trains to / from this station may still be delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 14:30.

TransPennine Express customer advice:

Due to the failure of the overhead line equipment affecting TransPennine Express services in the Manchester area, severe disruption can be expected across the whole TransPennine Express network.

The lines have now re-opened and trains are now starting to move, however short notice delays and alterations can still be expected.​
